Who lock me?
There are few things more frustrating than trying to more or delete a file and getting the very uninformative message that the file is in use by another program. Which other program?!?!?!?! They won’t tell you.
But I found a nice little smallware program that will do just that. Tell you what is locking a particular file. It was found through an article called My Favorite Smallware. A useful resource in itself, this site has a lot of great small programs that speed up your computer usage. From there I found the link to Who Lock Me? that shows you which processes are locking the folder/file that you are trying to use.
