I have never been a fan of egg-nog. It may be somehow related to me not liking olives either, but something from my childhood must have been missing and I do not like the stuff.
Not so for Tammy, and apparently it’s a gene that can be passed on. The boys love this disgusting drink. I picked up some for Tammy the other day and she pulled it out for the boys after breakfast. Of course, giving it the name ‘Christmas Milk’ will make any kid go crazy, but they were just gulping it up.
At least now we can use it as a bribing tool right?

Very cool idea from Bank of America. They will round up every purchase that you make using their debit card. This money is then put into a savings account. It’s like having your own coin jar at home, but in electronic form
So I’ve gone and got myself a flock browser. Here’s a test post to see what all the hubub is about.
I do think it’s a nice looking tool, and I’m excited to see how this can change my workflow, but I will wait to see how they add extension support and other features that are around in firefox.
I think the general concept is pretty good, but I’m curious as to what the business model is going to be here. I’ve heard it said that they aren’t going to have ads built into the browser, soooo…. where are they going to get money? It’s like the 90’s all over again, except this time it’s called ‘Web 2.0′ and nobodies learned a thing.
Awesome!
We had a good time on Saturday at Wheeler Farm. We were able to walk around a pumpkin patch and the boys found two good pumpkins. Then we made some scarecrows and went on the ever popular hay ride (sans hay).
The sky opened up right as we were leaving, so it was a perfectly timed event. The boys had a great time and we have some pumpkins to carve.
Tammy: Aww…these cookies are broken
Braeden(with two cookies already on his plate): It’s ok, I’ll help you out
